Equal Opportunity Publications
Founded in 1968, this website provides great career guidance for diverse backgrounds. Helping underrepresented groups such as minorities, women, and people with disabilities find jobs and ensure that they are aware of their rights in the workplace.

Glassdoor
Glassdoor includes information about salaries, along with actual interview questions and information about employers’ hiring processes. It also includes reviews of employers written by their employees. By following the link on the Collingswood Public Library website, you can choose not to “Sign Up by Posting a Salary or Review.”

Indeed
A great website for job searching, Indeed offers 1.7 million job postings for every field and experience level, as well as offering insight into the best places to work, common salaries, and trends in the current job market.

New Jersey Civil Service Commission
A great site for employment seekers and employers alike, this government site will provide you with all you need to know about Civil Service Employment, including open positions for State, County, and Municipal jobs.

Ready to Work New Jersey
Job seekers: If you have exhausted your unemployment benefits and been out of work for 6 months or more, you may be eligible to participate in this program. Preference is given to unemployed military veterans.

Insurance Benefits
Another site put forth by the State of New Jersey’s Department of Labor and Workfore Development, this site provides links to everything unemployment related, from filing your claim to viewing and printing your tax claim.

Workforce New Jersey Personnel Information Network
A great site sponsored by U.S. Department of Labor and New Jersey’s Department of Labor and Workforce Development. The site provides links to job fairs and listings, as well as providing unemployment information, college and graduate school information, and job search tools. Its aim is to “enable workers, students, and those seeking employment, as well as the employer community, to access a rich variety of information including: education, employment opportunities, training opportunities, labor market information, job search tools, and social services.”
